A career communications and marketing professional, Suzanne Hall is the Chief Communications Officer at the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts. Suzanne received her masters degree from Virginia Commonwealth University with email marketing as her thesis, initiating one of the first museum email programs in the country. VMFA is active with social media including Facebook, Twitter, Blog, and YouTube. She is project manager for the development of VMFA’s new website. Jonah Holland is president and founder of Mox-eMedia LLC, a small business dedicated to helping non-profits with their social media strategy. She is also PR & marketing coordinator at Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden, specializing in social & emerging media at the Garden. As of this writing, Lewis Ginter is the No. 1 ranked non-profit in Richmond (via Twitterholic.com) and continues to be a leader in the Richmond area in its use of social media.
